Corporate signing entails a company being listed as the tenant in the contract, not the individual residing in the property. Private signing, on the other hand, involves a direct contract between you and the tenant. It's important to be aware that many companies do not opt for corporate signings for their employees, which may reduce your likelihood of finding a suitable tenant.

If a deposit is required, it should be between 1-3 months. If flexible with deposit, please state as well.
